RAL and RLL:
In case of dispute, the consumer can appeal to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity (RAL). The Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL) entities are the entities authorised to carry out mediation, conciliation and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered on the list of ADR entities provided for by Law 144/2015.
